Where is Popside Candy made?

At Popside Candy, we take pride in being a 100% family-owned, USA-made business. Every batch of our premium freeze dried candy is manufactured and hand-packed by our family team in our fully licensed commercial facility in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. This ensures only the highest quality and best-tasting crunchy treats are delivered straight to you.

How should freeze dried candy be stored?

Due to the fragile nature of freeze dried candy, bags should be handled with care and stored out of direct sunlight and high humidity. All Popside Candy bags are resealable with a premium metalized barrier and we recommend keeping the bag closed like a bag of chips to keep the crunch!

What is your return policy?

We work hard to ensure every customer is happy with their Popside Candy purchase. If you have received a bag of candy that has been damaged in transit, please submit an email and photo to info@popsidecandy.com immediately.

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for our candy, variety boxes, or gift cards. Thank you for your understanding!

What is your shipping policy?

Popside Candy ships within 1-3 business days (sometimes same day!) throughout the United States via your choice of USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Learn more about our shipping policy here.

Do you offer options for specific dietary or allergy restrictions (sugar-free, gluten-free, etc.)?

At Popside Candy, we believe everyone deserves a delicious treat, regardless of dietary preferences or restrictions. Here is how our freeze dried candies fit into your lifestyle:

Sugar-Free: While we don’t offer sugar-free options yet, many of our flavors are low in sugar per serving. They are an excellent choice for diabetics, anyone managing a GLP-1 regimen, or those simply looking to reduce their sugar intake.
Gluten-Free: Most of our flavors are crafted without gluten-containing ingredients. Please review the specific product pages for full nutritional info and ingredients.
Vegan: Our incredibly popular Fruity flavor is completely vegan and packed with flavor.
Nut-Free: With the single exception of our almond-infused Honey flavor, all of our freeze dried candies are completely free from nuts.
